1. Agreement

By using the Deluge Collective platform ("Platform"), you agree to these terms. Deluge Beautee LLC ("Company") operates the Platform. Deluge Collective is a Deluge Beautee platform that serves as a marketplace connecting clients with independent beauty professionals.

2. Platform Services

The Platform provides booking, profile management, and payment facilitation services for independent beauty professionals ("Artists") and clients. Artists are independent contractors, not employees of the Company.

3. Pricing & Commissions

Deluge Collective Fees:

  • There are no monthly subscription fees to join the Platform.
  • A 15% booking fee is deducted from each booking deposit processed through the Platform. Artists pay whichever is less — 15% of monthly booking revenue OR the monthly cap ($35/month for solo artists).
  • Team commission caps: 2 members = $60/mo, 3 members = $80/mo, 4 members = $99/mo, 5+ members = $120/mo.
  • Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are passed to the client for card payments.
  • There are no long-term contracts. Service is month-to-month.

Deluge Spaces Fees:

  • 3% artist fee on bookings made through Deluge Spaces.
  • 3% host fee on space listings.

These fees are separate and serve different platform functions. Deluge Collective and Deluge Spaces are both part of Deluge Beautee.

4. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to confirm each booking. Deposits are collected via Stripe (card), CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. The remaining balance is paid directly to the Artist at the time of appointment.

5. Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule with at least 2 hours' notice. Artists may cancel with reasonable notice. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

6. Professional Licensing

All Artists must upload a valid professional license during registration. The Company reserves the right to verify licenses and deactivate profiles with expired or invalid licenses. License expiry reminders are sent at 90 days, 30 days, and at expiry.

7. Insurance Requirement

All Artists must carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. Proof of insurance must be uploaded during registration and kept current. The Company reserves the right to deactivate profiles with expired or missing insurance. Recommended providers include Beauty & Bodywork Insurance, Salon Gold, and Next Insurance.

8. Referral Program

Client referrals earn the referrer a $10 credit and the referred client $5 off their first booking. Artist referrals earn the referrer a $25 credit when the referred artist completes their first booking. Credits are non-transferable and non-cashable.

9. AI Nail Advisor

The AI Nail Advisor is provided as a creative suggestion tool. Recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered inspiration, not professional advice. The Company is not liable for dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company facilitates connections between Artists and clients. The Company is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Artists, disputes between parties, or any damages resulting from use of the Platform.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate their account at any time. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
